The group became uneasy as they heard the stranger’s voice. “He doesn’t look like one of ours,” Citrine said. Moonstone turned back to Emerald and Citrine. There were thin lines scraped into the metal wall he was facing, clearly tally marks. He attempted to ignore the smell of burnt metal that was assaulting his nose. Moonstone squinted and knelt, trying to get a closer look.
